Design Payment Terms:
 Payment
in full is required upon completion of services. (You will
receive an invoice for the remaining amount due on your website
minus the deposit paid).
You will receive an email with a link to make payment with
your Paypal account or credit card. Once payment is
received, I will send you your website files and pages or
upload them to your server. Payment is also due in full upon
completion of your website updates or maintenance. Updates
will not be uploaded to your website until payment has been
received.
*Once you have paid the deposit for a website package do not
close your browser window as Paypal will redirect you to a
form to complete for website customization. You will also
receive contact information upon purchasing one of my
packages.
Web Design Templates:
In the next month I will be adding Web Design Templates that
I offer to my clients. There are from Thistle girl Designs.
Which are a very very cute Childcare Friendly Templates.
Graphic Artist:
I offer custom logo design as well as provide some
graphics. Please let me know what graphics you are
interested in and I will let you know if I have that
available. If you choose to use graphics from a graphic
artist, I will purchase the graphics for you and add
them to your invoice. All graphic artist's terms of use
will be strictly adhered to.
Search Engine Submission:
Meta Tags and search engine submission is included in
each web site package. I will submit your web site to
several major search engines. (Included in package).
Please note:
It may take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks for search
engines to index your website (often times inclusion may
take longer). Please also keep in mind that though I
have success in search engine optimization, and will
make every effort to achieve search engine placement for
your website, it is never a guarantee without paying for
inclusion.
Hosting with
Free Maintenance:
I offer web site hosting on my server for an additional
$99.95 (per year). This includes two email accounts, monthly maintenance and
updates. (You must utilize my web design
services in order to get this great deal).
Updates/Maintenance:
Web Design packages are allotted .5 hours of maintenance
per month. Monthly .5 hours may NOT be accumulated.
Updates include: changes to the text on your website as
well as changes to keywords or meta tags to improve
Search Engine Optimization ONLY. Please submit all text
changes in an email message. - Do not send them as
attachments please.

Updates NOT covered in the web design packages:
The following is NOT included in the .5 monthly
updates: changes to graphics, layout or design,
addition of photos or web pages, and scanning of
images or documents. These services are subject
to additional fees. Please contact me for a
quote for services that do not fall under your
web design package.
If additional work
to your website is necessary, my services may be
purchased in increments of 2 hours for $25
(minimum).
Please Note:
Due to additional project obligations, be
sure to allow approximately 30 business days
for large updates to be made to your
website. Large updates include: change of
photos, addition of photos, addition of
pages, changes to layout or graphics.
Updates or changes to the text on your
website may be completed in much less time.
Your wait time depends upon additional
projects I may be working on at the time of
your changes.
Additional Fees:
Photos: There is a $15.00 charge to scan
photos or images for your website.
Please notify me in our consultation if you are interested
in any services not listed in the web design packages.
Additional charges may apply.
Domain Registration:
I use
Host Monster for Domain registration & hosting (ex:
www.littlesproutchildcare.com). Prices are currently
$6.95/mo. for hosing and $7.00 for Domain registration
(subject to change). Domain registration is not required,
however recommended if you use my hosting services or free
hosting services from another provider. If you choose to
order a Domain, you will make payment to me each year for
your yearly registration.
Childcare Professionals:
Receive a free listing on "Local Yahoo Search" and also a
Craigslist Template Ad with any web design package.
